• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

3. Service Terms

• All project timelines, deliverables, and fees will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, access credentials, and assets necessary for project completion.
• We may terminate or pause services if the client is unresponsive, violates these Terms, or delays project progress for more than 14 days without valid cause.
• Revisions are limited to two rounds unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
• If the client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide necessary materials for more than 14 consecutive days, the project may be paused, delayed, or considered abandoned. Any deposit paid will be non-refundable. Reactivating the project may require additional fees or a new agreement, depending on availability.

4. Payment & Refunds

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate work unless otherwise stated in your project agreement.
• The remaining balance is payable before final delivery or website launch.
• Late payments beyond 7 days may attract a penalty of 5% of the outstanding balance per week.
• Refunds are issued solely at our discretion based on the work completed and outlined terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting, plugins, or domain registrars.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

6. Post-Launch Support

• We offer a 14-day post-launch support window for bug fixes and small tweaks.
• Ongoing maintenance, updates, or technical support require a separate agreement or support retainer.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

• Our website or services may include links to third-party sites or tools. We do not control or assume responsibility for their content, security, or availability. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of any project.

9. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
